my 12 week golden retriever got bitten in the neck, what do I do?

Keep things short, my dog was bitten by coyote and he's breathing rapidly and it seems like theres hole piereced through his throat, thats the main part, other bite was just bleeding and was cleaned by a vet. Now, we can't afford too much so all we can do it bring him home and have him rest, the doctor couldn't tell us what likely is casuing him to do this, i just ned your guys opinion what might be happening to him right now and maybe some sort of direction what to do.
