What specific thing/s does your partner do that makes you feel seen or heard?

Specifically posting this here. As you may be aware, it can be difficult for men to feel truly seen or heard because we have a tendency to conceal things. I, for one, felt seen and heard when I discovered that my girlfriend kept a list of everything that makes me happy on her notes app, and she would go over it whenever she noticed I was stressed about my job or something personal.
