Has anyone been to Silver Lake Reading Club ?

Wondering if anyone has been to the Silver Lake Reading Club ? It's a $20 entrance fee to silently read a book for 2 hrs in a designated venue & provides a third place to mingle with other readers. They have beverages, snacks / dessert, which are included in the fee. Is $20 worth it for this experience ?
