Lymph
Hello there Male Age:24 Height:1 m 75 cm Weight: 65 kg
I recently had an issue with swollen lymph node, near mastoid process which doesn't increase in size but stays there as non tender on touch, had some blood work done first on 03.11.2022 ESR- 5; WBC: 6.9; Gran: 37% Abs- 2.6; Lymph: 54% Abs- 3.7; Mix of eosinophils, monocytes and basophils: 9%, RBC: 5.4; Hgb: 151; HCT: 0.44; MCV: 82; MCH: 28; MCHC: 344; PLT: 130; ALT: 16; AST: 25; LDH: 150; AlkP: 81. Second one on 29.03.2022 on different laboratory WBC: 6.7; Gran: 47.5 Abs 3.2; Lymph 44.6, Abs 3 , MID: 7.9% Abs 0.5; RBC: 6.7; MCV: 85.8; MCH: 28.1; MCHC: 327; RDW: 16.7 % Hgb: 147; HCT: 0.449; PLT: 133; MPV: 9.6 and had peripheral blood smear on same day which says. Neutrophils=29 %; Lymphocytes= 68%; Monocytes= 3%. Review on PBS there are morphological mature cells from all lineages: normocytic, normchromic red blood cells, lymphocytosis with large and small lymphocytes in white lineage, typical, non aggregated platelets.I'm confused on last test on CBC differential lymphs and gran have different percentages and counts from manual differential. Also to add everytime i checked since i was child i had platelets on lower ranges 150-170.Last year when i caught COVID also had 130 PLT counts. I'm taking some multivitamins recently with ginkgo biloba extracts which i assume act as a blood thinners in some way as I've read on some sites and been on keto last 2-3 months. Should I be worried about lymphocytosis and mild thrombocytopenia. Thanks in advance 👍
