How to scare Trump to cancel Canadian tariffs

I am a lawyer and have negotiated countless deals in my career.
Trump does not respond well to rational arguments; he only responds to threats that make his worst nightmare materialize. Based on Trump's rhetoric, you can easily know what scares him the most—losing to China.
I suggest Trudeau threaten and follow through for a while with a free trade agreement with China, basically replacing every single American product with a Chinese one, with subsidies from the Communist Party of China.
I bet you Trump will concede in 24 hours.
