Why are some conservatives illiterate with foreign policy?

I’m not gonna beat a dead horse, everyone knows that the Trump administration is a fucking joke that’s screwing our country over. And it’s only been 12 days.

But why is it that some conservatives are so illiterate when it comes to foreign policy and support the blatant bullshit being done against our interests to our allies? Who the fuck thinks that it’s a smart idea to alienate and antagonize our allies? We’re the global superpower, we’re suppose to be better than that. One of the reasons why we’re THE global superpower is precisely because of our network of and strong relationship with our allies all over the world (especially NATO, with notable shoutouts to Australia, Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines to an extent). Yes, it’s awesome and badass that we have a powerful military and large economy but we’re severally limiting ourselves if we cut off our allies. This is like chopping off your arm and saying that you’re still strong since you still have 2 legs and one more arm.

With these new asinine tariffs being slapped on Canada and Mexico, you cannot convince me that Trump and his goons aren’t dead-set on destroying America. Since Jan. 6th, these fuckers are a national security threat and these tariffs just proved that. It’s wild that his base is just tagging along for the ride. Let’s not even touch the threats made against our closest allies and neighbors.

These asshats aren’t patriots, they’re saboteurs looking to destroy this great nation. Fuck em.
