Which build?

First 2 pics are build 1, 3-4 are build 2.

I sadly couldn’t get his weapon, I do have his M1 though! Currently running Harumasa with Astra and Grace (will pull for qingyi when she reruns). I’m wondering which build would be better for him? And should I switch his w engine to the recent event one? (The one with cr, he’s currently running nekomata’s) Any advice on his playstyle/ things to pay attention to will be appreciated!
