Can I use Quick Start to restore beneficial bacteria after Erythromycin?

Basically what the title says. I decided to dose my tank with Erythromycin to get rid of the blue green algae that's been choking my plants out, but I'm worried about how it will affect the biological filter since it can kill some beneficial bacteria as well. Is using Quickstart to replace the bacteria lost safe?
