Do shift key occasionally get stuck for anyone?

Hey guys,

At my 60 person office, everyone except myself and 5 or 6 people are WFH. More than half of the employees have experienced this weird occurrence for Anydesk users and not on their home computers, only on their remote accessed Anydesk computers. Every computer is a Windows 10 computer.

The glitch is like someone is holding the shift key down while typing. Sticky keys and CAPs lock are both disabled. Everything is CAPS while commas and periods come out as < and >. Any symbol that you'd typically use shift to type would come out as those symbols like: 123 are !@#.

My in person solution has been to hold the shift button on the keyboard for a couple seconds and it goes away.

For my remote users, I have them open a blank word document, tap the shift keys a few times, type gibberish, tap shift keys, type gibberish, and repeat until it seems to have gone away.

Has anyone else experienced this?
