Lost my acc:/

I was recently banned, unsure why, gave me a random reason and have emailed ajhq multiple times they've just asked me to contact them through the support thing again despite the fact that's how I originally contacted them, I know what ajhq is like based off similar posts I've seen so I don't have much help for getting it back,

Henceforth I have created another account under the user Ta1lb0n3s (as opposed to the original Ta1lb0nes)

I don't want to seem like I'm begging but some help or advice for recovering my most precious rings would be much appreciated, the images on the slides show what I'm most upset about losing and I will write a list :

Dragon Griffin Phantom spiked collar Double raccoon tail Black Pirate earring

Im quite devastated as I've lost alot of animals and items but these are the ones I'd really like some help/advice recovering
