potential scam?? hack attempt?? any advice

hi!! i haven’t played animal jam in a good few years, but i keep getting weird emails.

i get 2 emails at the same time requesting a password change, and then a third email in my junk from, what i assume, is a fake animal jam support email, stating they have detected an unauthorised reset. which seems normal

but then they ask for a screenshot of the unauthorised request, which i assume they want me to send them the link so they can change my password?? also the actual ‘support’ emails are different

has anyone else experienced this? should i change my email on the account? i’ve contacted AJ support through the website. i’ve attached some screenshots of the ‘support email.’
