Botox for fissure

I’m getting a colonoscopy and Botox for my anal fissure on February 5th, I’m kind of scared and want to back out lol I don’t mind the colonoscopy I’m scared of the Botox honestly like spooked that things could get worse as in some new fistula or abscess of some sort
