Nifedipine

Hi everyone,

I’ve been dealing with reoccurring anal fissures since passing a really hard stool postpartum. I healed the first one, then hopped off miralax too fast and got another one. I also have two hemorrhoids. I was prescribed Nifedipine, but the side effects don’t look fun. I hate taking medications, especially because I’m breastfeeding.

I guess I’m looking for some experiences with this drug. Does anyone out there hate it? Does anyone advocate for it?
