Damage land

So a manger came up to me in stow, told me she noticed I was working hard and doing a good job.. and offered to train me in damage land, said it was like a light problem solve role. I told her yes, bc I wanna try new things besides stow.. she told me a little about it and seems cool.. But now I was just wondering does anyone have any experience in damage land and what it’s fully like?
