What are my odds to beat this appeal?
So im flex i was scheduled to work 9:45-1:15am & 1:45-4:30am. i showed up to my first shift 25 mins late and had 23mins but i was gonna use tht pto i was gonna get for the 1:45-4:30 shift and i would have had enough but it wouldn’t let me now im going through this.
