Hey y’all. I have a friend that finally got in, but as a white badge, and they want to become a blue badge.. what are the best sure fire ways to make that happen??

Any tips and advice is appreciated. For reference they will be at a delivery station but are open to transferring to any type of site once they’re a bore badge (or if that’s needed to become a blue badge)
