Can't stand allergy med side effects...what can I try next?

Hello folks,

Since September I have been having sinus flare-ups that cause me to feel off-balance and have pain in my sinus area. I never had this before and it came out of nowhere after I recovered from a bad virus. I have had a PA, primary care doc, and allergist all recommend me Flonase/Nasacort/Flonase sensimist (I've tried all three) and antihistamines (I take allegra which doesn't make me drowsy).

It's almost February, and I'm STILL having the same issue with the sinus flare ups and dizziness. I can tame it with the Flonase and antihistamines, the thing is they drive me crazy. I can take them twice a week, but if I take those meds every day, even at a low dose, they cause a weird kind of anxiety that makes me feel on edge. Last week I tried the Flonase/allegra again and I was feeling on edge for days, had abdominal pain, heart palpitations, and waking up in the middle of the night.

I stopped taking all the meds and now my sinuses/allergies are flared up, making me feel so fatigued, light-headed, off-balance, it's really affecting my quality of life and I barely leave the house. I use the neti-pot every day, tried quercetin/bromelain but it made me tired for some reason.

Anything else you guys can recommend as a substitute for Flonase/nasal steroids? It's the only thing that works but leaves me with bad side effects.

It seems every doctor I go to just keeps recommending Flonase or some variant of it instead of figuring out what is going on. I am waiting to see an ENT and hopefully they can better diagnose and provide a long-term solution.
