Query about what options do I have now?

Hi. I just wanted some advice from experienced people about an incident which I faced on an indigo flight today. I booked a flight ticket of indigo which costed me around 12k INR. It had services for student and a meal. When I tried web check in for the flight the website didn’t let me complete it and always showed some errors. The customer executive told that it’s a server error from their side and this error was not fixed even before the flight as a result I could not do my web check in. Due to which my services were not entered in the system and the crew denied me any meal and offered a coffee as a replacement. It’s not about the money or food but why should I pay for meal that cost me around 400-500 and I have to adjust with their coffee and some persuaded snacks of cashews. I just want to know is there any solution for this???
