Sleep groping?

My girlfriend tells me regularly that I grope her, including putting my hand on her crotch, when I’m sleeping. She doesn’t mind and thinks it’s cute. But I’m kind of horrified because I wouldn’t consciously do that. And yet I apparently do and have no memory of it, like sleep walking. Any advice? Should I seek help?
