Any use for the old $20 unlimited mobley plans

As the title says, I have x2 of the mobile connect (aka mobley) unlimited LTE plans. They provide unlimited LTE access at $20/line. I got them 2017 when I lived far off from internet options. Now they seem bogged down and laggy (have the SIMs in nighthawk routers).

I am tempted to cancel them now that I have Visible/ Verizon tethering and home Internet. Any reason to keep them? Can they be AOL'ed to someone who wants them?
