Nighthawk M7 and Premium Business 100mbps Plan

I’ve been quite confused on how these hot spot plans work. I saw that my limit is 100mps unlimited data with may be slowed down if network is busy. Which is fine but I see that the speeds on 5G+ are supposed to be well over 100 and I see there’s a cap on video streaming so will I just have blurry videos?I plan to use this to get work done, stream YouTube and Netflix, and occasionally play online games with friends in my down time. It’s needed for my situation being on a boat where I can just stand by a window for perfect 5G+ service but move one step away and get almost nothing. Will this plan provide enough for all that I want to do?
