What's the cheapest Anbernic that can play Stardew Valley?

I'm a social worker. I relatively recently got a RG353V, and then I realized that I'm nearly 40, and my hands are not those of a 10 year old, so a Gameboy form factor was a MISTAKE.

I also have a client who's stuck in a homeless shelter. I gave that Anbernic to them with an SD card loaded with a pile of roms, and it's been life-changing for them.

I'm sort of interested in grabbing a couple more future consoles for other clients, but frankly I don't want to spend 100$+ per free video game system that I will be donating to people. What's the best affordable Anbernic for giving away purposes?
