AITAH for joining in on a conversation about my sex life?

My now ex girlfriend and I were hosting a bbq on Friday. Her and her friends talk about everything. I do not. That's why I'm posting anonymously.

I whispered to her that I wanted to be left out of the conversation. She nodded agreement. And then she went ahead anyway and discussed our sex life.

I felt disrespected since I have always been clear with her about my privacy.

But I guess if we are talking about it then why not. So I talked about the stuff she likes. I'm a pretty vanilla guy but she is not. I will not go into detail but let's just say that her BDSM checklist of hard limits has very few check marks. She likes being degraded. I don't understand why this works for her but I go along.

She got very upset that I would talk about her private life. Like she was talking about mine.

After everyone left we had a huge fight about me sharing her private information. I asked her why she thought it was okay to talk about me after I told her not to.

She didn't have an answer.

She packed up her stuff yesterday and left. She is staying with her sister but she said that we are done.

I don't think I did anything wrong by joining into a conversation that I had been included in against my will. She disagrees and says that her telling people why I like isn't the same as me telling people some of the things I said.
