Do you ever feel too overwhelmed to do anything?

You just think of everything you have to do but aren’t doing? You know you have to or need to but just don’t because all of it together seems like too much. And for the time you are thinking about it you add even more to your list of what needs to be done?

Somedays I am that way, but somedays I’ll have a spark that gets me going and I’ll do something I’ve been putting off. On those good days I’m productive because the feeling of success of accomplishing that tasks spurs me to do more. Most of the time it’s not even things on my original list, but rather things I’m thinking of on the fly relate to my first task. I feel good at the end of the day and sleep well. But I wake up the next day with only a couple things crossed off my long list. And then repeat it like a cycle. I’m not the only one, right?

I’m tired, boss.

Edit: It’s my first time posting here so I’m curious if anyone else loves to learn new things, but wants to learn EVERYTHING about what they are reading to make more sense of it. Like looking up new terms when learning about something new, or wanting to learn something else first to better understand. I do this and I hate it.
