can i simulate trail braking with abs with keyboard inputs?

might be a dumb post (yes, im a beginner on racing in general) but basically just got into acc, and im having an absolute blast with the sim! and yes, im planning on buying an wheel (g29 in the case) but they can go really expensive here in brazil

im currently racing with mouse steering and keyboard and i can be a lil competitive on racing but i cant really modulate my inputs, so i was wondering if abs can work as trail braking assist while pushing 100% of the brake on a corner (i dont know how abs really works btw, but i know for a fact they will increase your braking distance)

currently sitting at 1:48.2 at monza but i dont seem to improve anymore
