Hit n run

Truck was parked and I happen to go outside right before it happened. Woman instantly drove off and I was able to flag her down and get her plate. Woman instantly says “I dont have insurance but use my moms” and speeds off. Cops said she had no license or insurance. I decided to press charges. With a custom plate like that who would of thought!
