Dirtbike not starting cr 125

Recently bought a bike. Bike came with some fuel and I filled the rest up with 125ml oil to 5 litre petrol. After a while the bike would not kick start, I then had to bump start it to get it running and now it won’t idle or even pump start.

I got a new plug but that didn’t solve the problem.

What do I do now? Will I need to clean the carb or just adjust the air to fuel screws on the carb?
