what do yall do during a chocolate craving?
Like i try not to buy chocolates at all, since I cannot stop at like one bar or block or whatever. If there's a whole pack, I need to eat it or i keep on thinking about it.
does anyone else also go through this? what do you eat instead during your sweet cravings? i sometimes like mixing chocolate protein powder and yoghurt, that fixes me. or I make a microwaved apple crumble. what else? drop your suggestions plllis or how do you guys get around to doing portion control?
edit: I know I should give in to my cravings, and i genuinely do do that - but seriously I cannot stop at one block. how to overcome this specific issue?
